Hello! Today, we opened a Japanese food and culture experience booth at Rabo Chia Market.
In the morning, we were divided into three groups.
The first group prepared onigiri, yakisoba, and miso soup, the second group prepared crickets crackers and tsukudani, and the third group prepared decorations for the market venue.
The market started at 15:00 after we finished preparing. In the Japanese food booth, we sold onigiri (salmon, Noritama, tuna mayo), miso soup, and yakisoba. In the cultural experience booth, tea ceremony, kite flying, bamboo dragonfly, and fan, four cultural experiences were conducted. The market development department then opened a store of crickets crackers, crickets tsukudani, and plant-dyed products developed by ourselves.
Also, the PRENGO members performed Soran Bushi on stage at the market.
We interacted with local people and had a very fulfilling time
Tomorrow, we will meet to reflect on today's market and then have a final party.
Please look forward to our next post!
