Today, PRENGO members divided into their departments and carried out activities. Since this was the first day of departmental activities, I’d like to introduce a little bit about each department’s work✨
First, let’s take a look at the Education Department. In the morning, they conducted an English lesson for lower grade of elementary school students. In the afternoon, they held a career-related class to give the children an opportunity to think about their future professions. ✒️📕
Many members were participating in PRENGO’s trip for the first time, but they were able to enjoy teaching while engaging with the children.
Next, the Market Development Department started the day with a meeting with members of Susan Niwet Kaetsin, one of our collaborators. After that, they went to collect dyes for the herb dyeing activity scheduled for the 19th. More details about this activity will be shared on Facebook and other platforms in the future.
Today, during their trip to gather dyes, they visited a golden temple in Surin province. It was a rare and fascinating experience, and they took plenty of pictures.📷
Finally, let’s check in on the Exchange Department. Their main task today was preparing for the Bilateral Market event, which will be held this Sunday.
They worked on decorations and created necessary materials. While there weren’t any major activities today, preparations are steadily progressing.
From tomorrow onward, the blog writer will report on the activities of the department they accompanied.
