Hello! Today, in the morning, we split into the Education, Market Development, and Exchange department to conduct our activities. In the afternoon, we set up food and cultural experience booths at the Rabo Chia Market.
The Market Development department interviewed officials from the Community Development Office. In this interview, we primarily asked questions related to the market, online market, and the support systems for vendors. Furthermore, we were able to hear genuine feedback from the vendors and understood the challenges they face.
In the Exchange department, we started off by shopping for the market at Makro and Robinson Department Store. Afterwards, we moved to Suan Niwet Kaset Sin to prepare the ingredients for the market.
In the afternoon, the Education department joined in, and all departments came together to set up food and cultural experience booths at the Rabo Chia Market. At the food booth, we sold Okonomiyaki and Tamagosen. At the cultural experience booth, we offered yukata dressing services. Additionally, we set up bamboo leaves and invited visitors to write their wishes on tanzaku (small paper strips) and decorate them. Through interacting with the locals, we were able to introduce them to Japanese culture.
Tomorrow, we will review and reflect on our market booth activities as a whole!
