Hello! Our two-week spring trip is coming to an end, with only a few days left! Today's blog for Day 11 is brought to you by M.T!

On Day 11, we held a bilateral market, an event planned by the exchange team for everyone to participate in. Under the slogan "Connecting Thailand and Japan," the exchange team spent six months preparing for this event. 🇹🇭🇯🇵

At the bilateral market, PRENGO members sold Yaseuma and Kabosu cider, local specialties from Oita. 🍹 Additionally, we set up booths where participants could experience wearing kimono and try painting daruma dolls, which are considered lucky charms. 🎨

Here’s a photo of the children wearing kimono! They look beautiful and cool! ✨

Many children from Surin Province joined the event, interacting with PRENGO members and experiencing cross-cultural exchange. The children from Surin also performed Japanese songs and dances in a band, and they showcased Muay Thai, Thailand’s traditional kickboxing. 🥊 Thanks to these performances, the venue was filled with excitement! PRENGO members also danced together with the children, and we were so happy to strengthen our bonds! 💃

For the final event of the bilateral market, each participant wrote heartfelt messages to someone they wanted to express their gratitude to and lit a lantern. 🕯️ As nearly 200 lanterns illuminated the night, the venue was filled with a warm and gentle atmosphere, moving some people to tears.

With only a few days left on our trip, we will continue to enjoy every moment until the very end! 🎶
